摘 要:高等职业技术教育产学结合具有历史必然性 ,其理论基础是马克思主义教育与生产劳动相结合的理论及人力资源能力建设理论 .对产学结合的认识和实践 ,应当考虑到市场经济对教育的深刻影响、产学结合与高职教育发展的关系及其与校企合作的区别 ,还应考虑到产学结合的结合点与结合层次及其与人才培养的关系等 .高职教育产学结合的机制主要有动力机制、运行机制、调控机制和评价机制 .理论和实践均已证明 。The teaching production combination in higher vocational education is hitorically inevitable.The theoretical bases of this fact are Marxist theory of integrating education with production and the theory of power buildup of human resources.In the conceptualization and implementation of teaching production combination,one has to take into account the deep influences of the market oriented ecnomy on the education,the relationship between teaching production combination and the development of higher vocational education,the difference between this combination and the cooperation,and moreover,the combining points and levels,and the relationship between this combination and the talent training.The dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism,control mechanism and evaluation mechanism are the main mechanisms of teaching production combination.It has been proved both theoretically and practically that teaching production combination is the imperative route we must take in the development of higher vocational education.
