摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来 ,知识管理已经成为现代企业管理的重要组成部分。本文首先讨论了知识管理的内涵和特点 ;然后论述了知识管理对企业提高竞争力的重要意义 ;最后在分析制约我国企业实现知识管理的因素基础上 。With the coming of knowledge economy era,knowledge management has become an important part of modern enterprise management.In this paper,the concept and characteristics of knowledge management is,in the first place,discussed.Then,it is presented that knowledge management is very important for an enterprises to enhance its core competence.Finally,based upon the analysis of the existing problems of the enterprises in our country,strategic measures about carrying out knowledge management are put forward.
