摘　　要：中国加入WTO后 ,迫切需要综合素质的人才 ,而高校是培养人才的基地。固要培养各类型的人才 ,必须从高教入手 。After China enters WTO,it is urgent to need persons of synthetically abilities.However,the university is the important basis of cultivating the quality of college education.Especially,we must attach importance to the education of information.
