摘 要:为发展整车试验场模拟计算(virtualprovingground)和深入理解弹性轮胎滚动运动学及动力学机理,利用轮胎的模态参数直接对轮胎在平面上的滚动建立了便于离散计算的时域仿真模型。该模型可模拟轮胎时域滚动的动态过程并可计算出不同工况下的滚动特性、有效滚动半径、垂直刚度以及印迹内变形和分布力。计算结果揭示了以往模型难以描述的微观现象,与以往文献的试验研究结果定性一致,充分显示了模型的合理性。可作为发展轮胎在不平路面上滚动时域模型的基础。Accurate tire models are needed for virtual proving ground (VPG) simulation of vehicles to study the kinematics and dynamics of an elastic rolling tire. A discretized rolling tire model was developed for transient simulations for movement over a level road bed using experimental modal parameters. The model can simulate the dynamic changes of a rolling tire to calculate the rolling resistance, the effective rolling radius, the dynamic vertical stiffness for various operating conditions. These parameters are determined from the calculated deformation of the tire body and tread and the distribution of vertical and longitudinal forces along the contact patch. The results qualitatively agree with data in the literature. The method can be used to further develop tire models for uneven roads.
