摘　　要：讨论了区间动力系统的能控性.基于讨论区间矩阵为列满秩区间矩阵的充分条件与充分必要条件,得到了判别上述能控问题的充分条件与充分必要条件.通过数值实例说明文中结果相对于已有结果更具有一般性及有效性.由对偶原理,可得到相应系统能观性的判据.In this paper,the controllability of interval systems is discussed.Sufficient conditions and necessary sufficient conditions of the problem is given base on the criterion yielded in this paper on an interval matrix to has full column rank.Numerical example shows that the results in this paper are more common and valid than some exiting results.The corresponding results for the dual observability problems are straightforward extensions.
