摘　　要：本文以<微生物学光镜结构>课件的制作及其在医学院校教学改革中的应用,指出了传统教学模式的弊端,说明了多媒体教学对微观形态学教学改革的作用.This article discusses the making of the multimedia courseware of Microbiologic Light-microscopic Structure and its application in the teaching reform at medical colleges,pointing out the drawbacks of the traditional teaching pattern,and illustrating the function of multimedia-aided teaching in the reform of micro-morphometric teaching.
