摘　　要：性格特征是非智力因素结构中的核心成分,对智力的发展和全面素质的提高具有重要作用。体育教学的自身特点决定了它在素质教育中的特殊地位和作用,应充分发挥其优势,使学生在体育运动中发展优良性格,促进全面素质的提高。Character trait is the central component of non-character ingredient structure. It has important effect on intelligent development and quality elevation. The trait of physical training education ifself determines its different status and function in quality education. We should take advange of its superiority, help students to develop excellent character in physical training sports and make whole quality improved.
