摘　　要：大规模扩招给高等院校数学教学带来的突出问题是学生基础差、起点低,文章在教学实践基础上,运用“成功教育”理论,探讨了如何通过课堂教学激发学生对数学的浓厚兴趣,训练学生严谨科学的数学思维、培养学生的创新精神、提高学生的数学素质等问题。The enlarged enrollment brings an outstanding problems to the mathematical education in colleges that the poor basis and low starting point of the entrants. This paper based on the author's practical teaching, using the theory of success education,discussed through the classroom's teaching how to inspire the student's interest in the learning of mathematics, train rigorous and scientific mathematical thoughts,cultivate the innovation and improve the quality in mathematics,etc.
