寒冷季节室外发酵料工艺探讨

摘　　要：在寒冷季节对培养料进行室外堆积发酵 ,采用不同覆盖物和翻堆时间的处理 ,观察培养料的发酵时间和发酵程度 ,得出结果为堆料第 3天翻堆和覆盖草帘发酵质量好 。This experiment was carried out to accumulate and ferment outdoors in cold seasons.We observed the fermenting time and the temperature of fermentation of culture materials with different coverings and turning-over time.The results showed there were better good quality of fermentation when turning over the materials at the third day and covering with straw curtain,and fermentation needed less time.
