佛、道在《西游记》中的地位———试述《西游记》的宗教意识

摘　　要：《西游记》取材于宗教的取经故事,因此作品中带有浓厚的宗教色彩是不足为奇的。其中,佛教、道教的影响尤为突出。在小说中,吴承恩对待二教的态度是有区别的,既贬低道教,对佛教也是褒贬不一。这种情况可以从书中人物形象的塑造窥其详情。The novel, Pilgrimage to the West, is commposed of religious stories about going on a pilgrimage for Buddhist scriptures, and there fore it is nothing surprising to have strong religious color in the novel. The influence of Taoism and Buddhism is prominent. In the novel the author, Wu Cheng'en, shows different attiudes toward the two religions, i.e., he depreciates Taoism and passes different judgments on Buddhism, which is revealed in the portray of characters.
