摘　　要：论述了在知识经济时代顺应素质教育的要求，在高校进行学生有偿实习的必要性、重要性和作用，分析了存在的困难和问题，提出了如何有效开展有偿实习的若干建议。The article discusses the necessity, importance and role of the paying practices to student in colleges and universities, conforming to the demands of the quality-education in knowledge-based economy. It analyzes the existing difficulties and proposes some advices on how to efficiently unfold the paying practices.
