摘  要: 采用盆栽试验研究了不同施氮处理对粳稻"农垦57"和籼稻"IR36"两个水稻品种颖果淀粉积累的影响.结果如下:(1)灌浆期颖果中可溶性糖含量随着籽粒灌浆天数的增加而逐渐降低,籼稻变化明显快于粳稻,增加穗肥施氮量可降低灌浆初期颖果中可溶性糖含量.(2)颖果中淀粉和直链淀粉含量随籽粒灌浆天数的增加而逐渐上升,增加穗肥施氮量能显著降低颖果中直链淀粉含量.(3)颖果中支链淀粉在花后0~10d内增加较快,以后则保持较高比率缓慢地增长,施氮对支链淀粉含量没有显著的影响.The effects of various nitrogen treatments on starch accumulation in caryopsis during rice grain filling were studied with two rice varieties by the pots experiments in Yangzhou University. The results were as follows: (1) The soluble sugar content in caryopsis decreases gradually during the rice grain filling,The soluble sugar content of Japonica decreases more rapidly than the soluble sugar content of Indica.The soluble sugar content in the initial stage of the rice grain fillling decreases with the increase of application rates of ear manture. (2) The stard amlyose content in caryopsis increase gradually during the rice grain filling, the increase of application rates of ear manture decreases significantly the content of starch and amlyose. (3) The amlyospetcin content in caryopsis increases rapidly after anthesis 0~10?d,and then increases slowly with higher ratios. The application of nitrogen fertilizer has no significant effect on the amlyospetcin content in caryopsis.
