山区电大教师转变教育教学观念初探

摘　　要：以现代远程教育理论为指导 ,根据蕉岭广播电视大学三年来实施“人才培养模式改革和开放教育”试点项目的实践和体会 ,研究探索山区电大教师教育教学观念转变这个课题 。This paper,guided by the theories of modern distance e ducation and based on the three year practice and experience of applying“Reform of the Mode of Talent Cultivation and the Pilot Project of Open Education”,exp lores the issue of transforming the mountain area RTVU teachers'educational an d teaching conception and tries to establish a set standard and find a way to ac hieve the goal.
