摘　　要：介绍了近年来对生物化学实验技术课程的实验教学改革的情况,探讨了在实验教学改革中,革新实验教材、内容、方法及完善实验教学管理等改革措施,提出了开设综合性、设计性实验项目实验教学,更有利于培养学生的实践技能和创新能力。This paper introduced the results of the reform in the teaching experimental biotechnology in our university. It discussed the renewal of experimental materials, contents, methods and the improvement of the management of experimental teaching.It presented a way of setting up comprehensive and designing experiments to foster students' comprehensive quality and creative abilities.
