摘　　要：　总结了Pell方程x2-Dy2=1(D为非平方的正整数)已有的4类D值的最小解公式,又给出了16类D值的最小解公式.This paper sums up formulas of the smallest solutions in existence of Pell equation x\+2-Dy\+2=1 (Where D is a non-square positive integer) for 4 types of values of D . Also the formulas of the smallest solutions are given for 16 types of values of D.
