摘　　要：本文用正电子湮没 Doppler 展宽 S 参数和寿命,研究了在不同生长条件下和经过不同物理条件处理的正钒酸钙〔Ca_3(VO_4)_2〕晶体内部的微观缺陷。In this paper the internal microdefects of single crystals of〔Ca_3(VO_4)_2〕were studied by Doppler broadening S parameter and positronlifetimes under different growth conditions and different physical treats.
