摘  要:高职教师专业化发展对高职教育人才培养质量、教育教学改革、提高高职院校凝聚力、实现教师自身发展和自我价值具有重要作用。我国高职教师专业化发展的进程已经取得了不小的成绩,但整体而言教师专业化发展现状仍然难以令人满意。澳大利亚TAFE学院在教师专业化发展创新方面有些好的做法,形成了完善的教师资格制度,TAFE学院的教师都有行业工作经验,TAFE与行业、企业的联系紧密,很多专业的课程设置都是行业与企业共同商讨制定;其对我国创新高职教师专业化发展有一些重要启示。Professional development of higher vocational teachers play an important role in the quality of talents cultivation,education and teaching reform,improvement of cohesive force among higher vocational colleges and realization of development and value of teachers.Although achievements have make in the process of development,the status quo is not satisfactory.There are some good practice in Australia TAFE and it has formed a complete teacher qualification system.All teachers of TAFE have had working experience in industries.TAFE has been closely associated with industry and?enterprise.Many courses are discussed together with them.All of them will be of enlightenment for professional development of higher vocational teachers in China.
