摘　　要：阐述微格教学理论对提高体育教学能力的优势,指出:利用微格教学原理,提高体育教学能力是一种切实有效的教改方法,同时从理论和实践探讨实现这种方法的方案和措施。This paper illustrates the advantages of Microteaching theory in helping improve the instruction ability of the P. E. teachers. The paper holds that the theory is a valid practical method to enhance the instruction ability and discusses the measures and schemes in theory as well as in practice, by which the method can be achieved.
