摘　　要：苹果伏特加酒以食用酒精和苹果汁为原料,以96%(v/v)酒精经多级处理、软水多级处理,调度,再加入苹果汁后脱氧处理而制得。降度用水采用深井水,并通过离子交换、反渗透和电渗析处理。(孙悟)Apple vodka was produced with edible alcohol and apple juice as raw materials through the multistage treatment of96%(v /v)alcohol,multistage treatment of deionized water,adjustment of alcohol content ,and deoxidation treatment after the addition of ap-ple juice.The water used in the adjustment of alcohol content was from deep well and under the treatment of ion exchange,reverse osmosis and electroosmosis.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
