摘　　要：根据教师专业技术职称评审工作中存在的模糊性,应用模糊综合评判的知识和职称评定的量化指标,定义了新的权重向量,建立了教师专业技术职称评审工作的一种二级模糊综合评判的数学模型。用此种模糊综合评判方法,使职称评审工作更加公正、合理、科学。By the fuzzy analysis in appraisement of teacher a technical post,a new weigh vector has be definited with knowledge of fuzzy comprehensive judgement and measure of application materials,The mathematics model of the second fuzzy comprehensive judgement hse be constructed.This method is more reasonable and scientific in appraisement of a technical post than past.
