太原市儿童血清铜、铁、锌与血红蛋白的测定及其相关分析

摘　　要：作者经对太原市北城区和北郊区两个幼儿园118名3～7周岁学龄前儿童进行血清中微量元素钢、铁、锌和血紅蛋白水平测定,并进行相关分析。结果表明:学龄前儿童低锌和低铁与血紅蛋白的关系及低锌与低铁的关系,经单侧相关分析,得出均呈正相关关系,低铁与低锌呈—致性降低;而低铁与低铜无相关关系。Determinations and correlated analysis were conducted on the copper, iron, zinc in serum and hemoglobin of 118 children aged from 3 to 7 years from the urban and suburban areas of Taiyuan, Shanxi province.The hepozinc and hepoiron were positively related to hemoglobin.The lower the serum iron, the lower the serum zinc within the range of the investigated ages.But there was no correlation between the serum iron and serum copper.
