摘 要:本试验采用两种生长调节剂,以最适浓度和剂量对猴头菌丝体和子实体进行喷雾处理。试验结果表明,应用赤霉素不仅提高了猴头菇的产量,而且对品质有较显著的影响。总糖、还原糖、抗坏血酸、维生素B_2,胡萝卜素以及铁的含量比对照组有明显提高,而脂肪、蛋白质、钙、维生素B_1的含量与对照组相近或略有下降。应用2.4—D后,可增加猴头鲜重并加速子实体成熟。铁、锌、抗坏血酸含量比对照略有升高,但所测其它营养素均有所下降。在提高猴头产量、改善猴头品质方面,赤霉素优于2.4—D。Two kinds of growth regulators were used spraying to the mycelia and the fruit body of hengehog hydnum in the proper concentration and dosage in this experiment. The results showed that the yield and the nutrient of hengehog hydnum,such as total sugar,reducing sugar,VC,VB_2, carotene and Fe were raised and the content of lipids, protein, Ca, VB_1 were decreased and or closed to that of the CK group by losing gibbrellin. The fresh weight of hengehog hydnum were increased and the growth stage of the fruit body were shortened by using 2.4—D and Fe, Zn, VC were little higher than that of the CK group, but the other nutrient measured were all decreased. The gibberellin was better than 2.4—D for improving the yield and the quality of hengehog hydnum.
