摘　　要：通过对4年制中专护理学实验教学的进一步改革,与教改前比较,结果显示加强技能操作基本功训练,强化实验室建设和管理,建立健全实验考核制度,开展毕业实习前技能操作综合训练等教改方式可明显调动学生学习主动性,全面提高学生的动手能力、自我管理能力、分析和解决问题的能力,促进了学生综合素质的提高,并为后续的大专护理实验教学提供了相关信息。Some reforms of experment teaching in nursing have been conducted in the 4-year course nursing school.Some measures have been taken to strengthen the skills of operation, fulfill the construction and administration of labs, and set up experimental check up regulations. Synthetic training of nursing skills was carried out before the medical practice. Due to these measures, the students are highly motivated and their nursing skills and the ability of analysing and solving problems are greatly improved. What s more, the research has provided relative reference to the teaching nursing in medical college.
