摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨遗传性痉挛性共济失调的家族生育的危害 .[方法 ]对一家族 4代系谱进行分析 .[结果 ]遗传性痉挛性共济失调为常染色体显性遗传性疾病 .[结论OBJECTIVE?To investigate the harm of procre ation in the family with hereditary spastic ataxia.?METHODS?Th e genealogy of four generations in one family was analyzed.?RESULTS?The hereditary spastic ataxia is autosomal dominant genetic disease.?CONCLUSION?The members in family with the hereditary spastic ataxia must practice birth control.
