香菇液体菌种的研究

摘　　要：通过香菇液体菌种的研究 ,确定了香菇液体菌种生产的工艺流程、培养基配方及接种量。香菇液体菌种表现出分散性好、萌发快、菌丝生长旺盛、菌龄一致、短时间内生产出大量菌液的特点 ,能较好地解决以往固体菌种培养中存在的发菌周期长、污染率高的难题。Through researching on liquid culture of Lentinus edodes,the technic process,the culturing medium and the amount of inoculation are determined.It shows some good characters on good dispersedness,fast germination,strong mycelium and the same mycelial age.The difficulties that include long germinating period and high rate of contamination in solid culture of Lentinus edodes can be solved very well.
