摘　　要：“开放教学过程监控”的项目主要是对开放教育模式下的教与学相关问题的研究。本文对开放教育的基本要素、课程学习过程的监控及评价进行研究的同时 ,就广东广播电视大学系统试点以来“开放教学过程监控”的实践成果作阶段性总结。The Project of Distance Learning Process Monitoring is concerned with questions regarding teaching and learning in the frame of open education.The present paper takes a look into the fundamentals in open education as well as the monitoring and assessment of the learning processes.In addition,it summarizes the performances resulting from the Distance-Learning-Process-Monitoring practices in the pilot institutions.
