摘 要:针对WB- 型节油净化器,在色质联机上对汽油磁化前后的组分进行了质谱分析,对汽油磁化前后的表面张力进行了对比测定,在气道试验台上对雾化效果进行了模拟试验,采用激光全息测试仪拍摄了粒子全息图,编制专用软件对再现图像进行了数字图像处理、粒径拟合计算、雾场粒径统计。试验结果表明:汽油磁化前后组分变化不大,表面张力略有降低,雾化效果改善不大。Based on WB Ⅰ fueleconomizing purifier, mass spectrum of petrol ingredient before and after magnetized is tested on the chromatogram and mass ctrum equipment and surface tension of petrol before and after magnetized is measured. Experiment is carried out to simulate the effect of atomization on air channel experimental table. Hologram of not being magnetized petrol and being magnetized petrol is gained and petrol drop picture is obtained by reappearing holograms. By designing special software to deal with image manipulation and count of petrol drop radium, it is concluded that drop average radium is approximately same of size, petrol ingredient changes little and surface tension decreases a little.
