摘　　要：该文首先介绍了我国高校教师教育技术培训的实践情况,通过问卷调查、统计等方法研究了高校教师教育技术培训的现状。并针对问卷中所反映出的问题,如培训内容、培训方式的更新和改进等作了认真的分析,提出相应的对策,为今后高校教师的教育技术培训工作提出借鉴性意见。This paper first introduces the current practice of teachers educational technology training in colleges and universities with questionnaire, and then analyzes the problems in the process of training, such as the training content, training modes and the manner of training etc. Finally, some suggestions to improve the teacher training in China are proposed.
