不同茶类和产区茶叶氟含量研究

摘　　要：研究了全国 18个省 (市 ) 9种茶叶 12 8个样品的氟含量。结果表明 ,砖茶氟含量最高 ,平均 159.14mg/kg;茉莉花茶氟含量最低 ,平均 35.54mg/kg。根据氟摄入量的最高限量规定等有关资料计算出各种茶叶的每天最大饮用量。Fluorine contents in 128 tea samples of 9 catalogues from 18 provinces or municipalities were analyzed.The results showed that brick tea had the highest fluorine content,i.e.159.14 mg/kg and jasmine flower scented tea the lowest,with 35.54 mg/kg.Safety levels of various teas with respect to fluorine intake were suggested.Factors resulting the high fluorine content in tea from some tea estates were also discussed.
