摘　　要：利用素数次数的传递群的分类 ,给出了点的个数为素数 p的点传递的 2 - ( p,k,1 )设计的分类 :( i) d-维射影空间 ;( ii) n阶射影平面 ;( iii) G AGL ( 1 ,p) ,且点等同于域 GF( p)上的 1维向量空间 V( 1 ,p)的所有向量 (点 )的 2 - ( p,k,1 )Let p be a prime,by using the classification of all transitive groups of prime degree,this paper gives the following classification of all point transitive 2 ( p,k ,1)block designs:(i)the d dimensional projective space;(ii)the finite projective plane of order n ;(iii)the 2 ( v,k ,1) design whose points are equal to the vectors(points)of the 1 demensional vector space V (1, p )over GF(p) ,and GAGL(1,p) .
