生态环境问题与建立新的生态环境伦理观——关于人与自然关系的思考

摘　　要：全球生态环境问题的日益突出,严重威胁着整个人类的生态与社会的持续发展。其根本原因是,人们没有正确地处理人与自然的关系,建立在以科学技术控制征服自然基础上的价值观及过度消费的生产、生活方式。因此,我们应树立自然生态规律是首要规律的价值观,不仅要坚持传统的处理人与人之间关系的伦理观,而且要建立新的处理人与自然之间关系的生态环境伦理观。要把自然生态规律作为首要规律的价值观和生态环境伦理观,作为其他一切价值观和伦理观的基础和前提。With the proceeding into industrial civilization, the problem of ecology and environment gets increasingly apparent, which is threatening the sustaining development of ecology and society. The reasons lie in that mankind cannot properly deal with the relationship with nature, that the value of mankind is based on the conquering nature by science and technology, and that mankind consumes resources excessively in production and living. Thus, we should consider the natural rule of ecology as prime and take it as the base of establishing new ecological and environmental ethics between nature and mankind, and as the base and presupposition of all other values and ethics.
