摘　　要：在素质教育中 ,体育教学是一个基础环节 ,对于推动素质教育起着重要作用。实施全面的体育素质教育 ,需要加大经济投入。In the quality-oriented education, PE teachers is a key link, as important as a base for pushing quality-oriented education forward. It is neccessary to increase economic investment, improve PE teachers quality as well as take some other measures in order to carry out all-round PE quality-oriented education.
