摘  要:传统职业教育采用的是"四段式"阶梯型教学模式,即文化课─专业基础课─专业课─专业实践,这种教学模式强调奠定较坚实的基础,但却忽略了从业所需职业适应能力,通过对旧教学模式的分析,提出路桥专业职业技术教育应在现有生源的基础上,改进教学模式和教学方法,以宽基础、活模块的教学原则,加强专业学生的综合素质、岗位能力、职业可塑性的培养,从而缩短学生就业上岗的过渡期,适应交通基础建设发展的需要。Traditional vocational education adopts 'four steps' ladder-style teaching pattern, i.e. literary course-specialized basic course-specialized course-specialized practice. This teaching pattern puts emphasis on establishing a more stable foundation, but it neglects the adaptive ability required by the profession. Through analyzing the old teaching pattern, it presents following points regarding the vocational technical education of highway and bridge major. On the basis of current source of students, reform teaching pattern and method with the teaching principles of wide basis and flexible module and strengthen the fostering of students' comprehensive quality, post required capabilities, professional adaptability. That will shorten students' transitional period and adapting themselves to the needs of traffic infrastructure construction and development. 
