摘　　要：在刑法理论中,学者们对共同犯罪中的问题进行研讨,倾注了不少的心血,从而使这一问题观点纷纭。不过,正是因为观点纷纭,反倒令人目不暇给。本文试图对教唆犯的几个问题进行一下梳理,希冀会使这一问题眉目清晰。The forum of the joint crime theory is very rich for relying on many scholars who have been paying attention to this theory. However, these points of view about abettor are too many to understand and take in. Therefore, after analyzing and studying many disputes about issues of abettor, the author tries to sort out these complex theories in order to make it clear and well-organized.
