摘 要:观察了亚硒酸钠诱发的大鼠白内障晶状体及血清中18种游离氨基酸含量的动态变化。发现在诱发后的第3、7及14 d。晶状体的氨基酸含量与同龄对照组相比,大部分呈现略高→明显升高→明显下降的变化趋势,少部分的变化趋势与之相反。血清中各种氨基酸的变化幅度较小。这提示在白内障形成过程中伴有膜通透性改变,晶体蛋白水解及氨基酸代谢紊乱的发生。同时也说明致白内障因素首先影响晶状体细胞膜的功能,继而导致白内障形成过程中的一系列变化。Dynamic changes of free amino acids in lens and serum during the formation of selenite induced cataract were investigated. At 3,7 and 14 days post administration of selenite, the contents of most amino acids in cataractous lens were higher slightly, higher dramatically and lower significantly than that in control respectively, but the changes of taurine, aspartic acid and hydroxyproline were in the adverse way. These results indicate that changes of mem- brane permeability, proteolysis and disturbance of amino acid metabolism take place during the process of cataract formation induced by selenite. The results also demostrate that the damage of membrane perhaps is the trigger of other changes during cataract formation.
