摘　　要：继续教育是不断提升中小学在职教师水平,提高基础教育质量的重要途径。近几年甘肃农村中小学教师继续教育取得了很大成绩,但仍然存在着许多亟待解决的问题。提高对继续教育的认识,改进教学内容与方式,采取灵活多样的教学形式是促进农村中小学教师继续教育稳步发展的关键。For rural primary and secondary teachers, further education is an important way to upgrade their levels and to improve the quality of elementary education. In Gansu province, though great achievements made in recent years, there are still many problems to be solved. In this paper, the writer tries to seek some relevant solutions to these problems.
