摘　　要：阐述中小学体育教师继续教育的紧迫性,提出中小学体育教师素质教育的主要内容,并从继续教育目标、课程体系、培训模式等方面,探讨中小学体育教师继续教育的对策,以加快培养适应现代教育,具有高素质的体育教师.The article explains the urgency of continual education for middle and primary schools' PE teachers,puts forward the main contents of the continual education,and probes the countermeasure of the continual education from the goal of the continual education,the system of courses and its training model respectively,in order to train quickly the teachers of physical education suiting modern education and having high quality.
