摘　　要：以基础教育课程改革为核心内容的中小学教师继续教育工程自实施以来 ,主要存在认识不足 ,行为不到位 ,师资培训等方面的问题 。The reform of elementary education curriculums has become the core of continuing education of teachers. From its beginning, it produces a series problems such as the damage of understanding and the training.This text raises some measurements.
