摘　　要：探讨了网络经济时代面临的对个人隐私的挑战、网民的道德人格、信息垄断、信息污染、信息欺诈、知识产权的保护、公共信息安全、民族文化的发展等若干伦理难题,提出了网络经济时代的道德观念、道德行为和道德规范,并预示了网络经济伦理学将呈现多元性、开放性、自主性的发展趋势。This paper,discusses the eight ethic problems in the Network Economy challenge to individual privacy, net-people's moral personality, information monopolization, information pollution, information fraud, knowledge right protection ,common information security and development of national culture . At the same time, the moral idea, moral action and moral criterion in Network Economy era are also put forward . Moreover, it is anticipated that the ethnics of Network Economy will present development direction of multiform, opening and independence.
