摘　　要：学位与研究生教育工作是高等学校教育的重要组成部分,它体现了一个高等学校的办学水平与办学层次。网络化、信息化的飞速发展对学位与研究生教育工作提出了迫切的要求。信息标准的建立和信息化系统的构建是学位与研究生教育工作信息化系统构建的重要内容。As an important component of higher education, postgraduate education indicates the school running level and structure. The development of IT and Internet puts the work of academic degrees and postgraduate education in a self - progress state. The set - up of information standards and the information system are the key parts to build this system.
