摘　　要：在目前国内的电子装备中,使用了大量的进口电子元器件,因此对进口元器件的采购一直影响着研制工作的进度、成本及可靠性。本文介绍了美国国防部供应中心最新公布的半导体器件(分立器件、混合集成电路、单片集成电路)QML厂商、生产线以及产品的实际状况等。At present, there are a large amount of import electronic components used in the internalelectronic equipments, thus the progress, cost and reliability of development effort have been al-ways influenced by the purchase of import electronic component. The QML manufacturer, the pro-duction line and the actual state of the semiconductor devices latest announced by DSCC are intro-duced here.
