摘 要:拟剧分析理论在剖析社会整体互动方面开启了一个全新的分析视角,但其特定的研究旨趣在客观上限定了该理论的解释空间,教师的职业文化便充分地证明了这一点。从教师的行为表现及其主观倾向性来看,它们与拟剧分析理论所揭示的前台及后台的景象往往存在着一定的差异性,这表明,在前台和后台两者之间存在着一个生动的中介场域,就教育活动而言,它不仅规定了教师的行为选择策略,而且塑造了教师行为的展现方式。The analytical theory of dramatization provides a brandnew perspective in the analysis of the overall interaction of the society. But the teacher's occupational culture has sufficiently proved that the extension of this theory is limited by its specific research purpose. Teacher's behavior and subjective tendentiousness indicate that they are different from what is suggested by this theory, which implies that there is a vivid mid stage between the proscenium and the backstage. As for educational activities, this mid stage not only stipulates teacher's tactics of behavioral choice but also modes teacher's behavioral pattern.
