摘　　要：目的探讨自信心训练对中职生自信及自尊的影响。方法抽取同一专业两个班分为干预组和对照组进行自信心训练的对照研究。结果 2组自信评分和自尊水平评分差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自信心训练可以显著改善中职生自信水平和自尊水平。Objective To explore the effect of self-confidence training on the confidence and self-esteem of students in secondary vocational schools. Methods The students with the same major in two classes were separated into an intervention group and a control group and the former received the self-confidence training and the latter did not. Results There were significant differences between both groups, and the former was superior to the latter in the confidence scores and the self-esteem scores. Conclusion The self-confidence training can improve the confidence and self-esteem of the students.
