摘  要:利用CGSS(2013)数据考察高等教育回报率性别差异问题。通过对基础明瑟方程扩展,考虑行业、地区、家庭背景等因素影响,OLS结果表明,大专阶段高等教育回报率女性稍高于男性,本科阶段高等教育回报率男性明显高于女性,女性工资收入在整个高等教育阶段均低于男性。Oaxaca-Blinder分解发现,性别歧视造成的工资差异占总差异的105.79%,教育回报差异造成的工资差异在不可解释的工资差异中占10%。With the data of CGSS(2013),this paper examines the gender differences in the return rate of higher education.Through the expansion of Mincer equation,taking the industry,region,family background and other factors into account,OLS results show that in the stage of junior colleges,the return rate of female is slightly higher than that of male,while among bachelors,male’s rate of return is obviously higher than that of female.Moreover,female’s wage income is lower than that of male during the whole higher education stage.Using the wage decomposition proposed by Oaxaca and Blinder,the results show that the difference in wages caused by discrimination accounts for 105.79%of the total difference,and the wage gap caused by differences in education returns accounted for 10% of the undisclosed wage gap.
