摘　　要：为达到速冻机节能的目的 ,设计搭建了研究速冻机冻结过程与气流组织的模拟实验装置 ,介绍了装置的设计、性能和应用本装置的研究课题。In order to raise the usage rate of spiral quick freezer,especially for the energy saving,an experimental installation was established for the study on freezing process and flow organization.Design and properties were given,and the research project using this installation was introduced in this paper.
