摘　　要：本文从实践的角度谈谈提高农村中小学校长培训实效应抓住的几个问题 :以校长需求为出发点 ,按需施教 ;以问题为突破口 ,贴近校长工作实际 ;以科研为主线 ,提高校长研究能力 ;以促进校长发展为归宿 ,明确培训目的 ;提高干训教师素质保证校长培训工作高质量。This paper,from the practical angle,has a discussion of svevral problems which should be solved to improve the training effect of headmasters from primary and middle schools in the countryside.These problems are teaching according to the headmasters' need,closing to the headmasters' practical work,raising the headmasters'ability of scientific research,improving the headmasters' working ability and enhancing the teachers' quality to ensure the high quality of training headmaster.
