摘　　要：有效地进行章节小结,不仅能增强记忆,提高理解和思维能力,而且能使基本知识、基本理论和基本方法得以升华,成为实际设计能力。本文以带传动为例所介绍的《机械设计基础》五步式章节小结法,不失为一种有效的章节小结方法,经多年教学实际应用,取得了良好的教学效果,深受广大学生欢迎。Effective chaptersummary can not only enhance the remembrance, comprehension and thinking power of students, but also translate the basic knowledge, basic principle and basic method into practical design capability. The paper put forward a fivestep teaching method for chaptersummary, with the belt driving in the course of《Fundamentals of Mechanical Design》as an example. It reached excellent results and was an effective and popular method among students after years of instructional practice.
