摘　　要：信息时代给外语教学带来了许多新变化、新特点。外语教师要适应这些变化,就应实现角色转换,努力从语言知识的传授者转换成语言技能的培养者和文化传播者;从教学活动中的主演转换成教学活动中的导演;从书本知识的复制者转换成自主学习的引导者;从外铄的权威转换成内生的权威。Information Age has brought new changes to foreign language teaching.In order to adjust to these changes, foreign language teacher should transform the roles they undertake. They should no longer be persons who just pass on linguistic knowledge to the students in the process of education or just be actors or actress in teaching. Nor should they be content with what they have learnt or regard themselves authorities. Instead, they should be directors, train the practical abilities of the students, teach them the cultural knowledge, and guide them how to study by themselves in teaching. Besides, they should keep studying new technology and new knowledge so as to keep their prestigious position.
