摘　　要：蔡元培先生担任北京大学校长期间提出并采取革新措施积极贯彻“思想自由,兼容并包”的办学方针,允许各种学派自由发展。这一办学方针对北大、中国革命以及现代高等教育都产生了广泛而深远的影响。During Cai Yuanpei acted as president of Beijing University, he raised and fully carried forward the education policy of 'freedom of ideas which incorporate different things together', and permitted free development of various schools. This policy has made profound influence on Beijing University, the entire Chinese education as well as the ideology and Chinese revolution.
