摘　　要：综述了黄花菜的营养、保健和药用价值 ,分析了黄花菜贮藏加工利用现状 。To make better use of daylily flower,its valuation on nutrition, health function and pharmacology are introduced. This article is an attempt to put forward the countermeasure for industrialization exploitation of daylily flower by reviewing the progren of preservation and processing.
